Cow's milk or almond milk?

Almond milk is a great alternative to cow's milk.

To control weight: pure almond milk, no sugar or added flavors contain 60 calories per serving of 220 grams. This option works well for those trying to lose or maintain weight.
The low calorie almond milk causes less impact on our total daily calorie consumption of food. Some varieties of milk contain more sugar than milk made with almonds.
